At Collaborative Counselling, we believe that healing and personal growth are journeys best taken together. Led by Nicky, a dedicated and empathetic counsellor with a background in Human Resources (HR) and extensive experience supporting individuals in challenging life situations, our mission is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Meet Nicky
I am an accredited and experienced counsellor, having worked with individuals across various backgrounds and emotional struggles. My career began in HR, where I developed a deep understanding of workplace dynamics, stress, and personal wellbeing. It was here that I cultivated a passion for helping others navigate difficult situations with empathy and care.
With a wealth of experience in HR and mental health, I offer a unique perspective, blending practical understanding with emotional insight. Whether youโre dealing with relationship issues, work stress, anxiety, or personal challenges, I am here to support you every step of the way.
